Associate - IRP Bonds & Mortgages

Responsibilities:

Daily processing of the Bonds, Treasury and Funding transactions in the office.

Play active role in processing of various structured transactions in the Fixed Income space.

Close interactions with experts from various different teams and regions including sales/trading, Technology and Compliance to resolve outstanding issues.

Establish, manage and own close relationships and partnerships with business partners, external clients and regional stakeholders, and act as an escalation point of contact where necessary.

Taking ownership of processes and controls within the team, driving the development of methods to improve processes and / or controls to ensure that these are efficient, effective and relevant.

Acquiring an understanding of fixed income products in the India market as well as a broad knowledge of Firm processes and systems and their impact on other downstream processes and systems.

Responding promptly to client and counterparty inquiries, committing to deliverables as well as undertaking extensive ad hoc investigation and analysis.

Skills:

The candidate should primarily have Indian Bond Market experience. The categories of Bonds would be - GSec, TBills, State Development Loans.

He/She should be familiar with RBI Auctions, NDS-OM, CROMS, CALLS systems.

He should have experience in making RBI Regulatory Reports for the Primary Dealer/Banks.
