Associate - Investments - TMT - VC Fund - IIT/IIM/ISB

Associate (IIT only)

An opportunity to work with a Venture Capital fund and execute investments in the TMT space. The role is based out of Bangalore

Job Description:

- You will source, screen, analyze, execute and monitor investments

- You will also be responsible for building models and making investment memos and presenting to the Investment Committee

- You will liaison with consultants, accountants and lawyers to negotiate and close deals

- Portfolio management is also an integral part of the job

The successful applicant :

- A successful applicant will have 4 to 7 years of relevant investment banking or VC experience.

- You must have completed your under graduation from IIT or from a top US school. Post graduation from IIM/ ISB/ US B Schools is preferred.

- Experience in TMT consulting (Bain, BCG, McKinsey) or top tier IB or VC is a must
