About Northstar Analytics :

Northstar Analytics ("Northstar") is a research and analytics solutions provider firm catering to global financial institutions and corporates. We offer investment research, quantitative research, and business strategy research solutions to buy-side (private equity, venture capital, family offices, independent sponsors, hedge funds) and sell-side firms (boutique investment banks, merchant banks, equity research firms).

We started in October 2021 and have grown to a team 20+. We are expanding our team and are looking to onboard enthusiastic individuals to join us.

The Senior Analyst / Associate at Northstar will be interacting with senior investment professionals at client's end across a spectrum of research projects. You will directly work with senior investment bankers / private equity principals / hedge fund managers help them build their thesis / pitch / due diligence. Internally, our Analysts will work with Senior Analysts/Associates

We believe in constant training and development of all its employees. You will complete a comprehensive induction training program that will prepare them to evaluate investment opportunities and manage ongoing portfolio monitoring activities. Additionally, there will be monthly and quarterly training workshops to enhance technical as well as managerial skills. Given that the employees will be a part of the founding team at the firm, there will be an immense opportunity to work across other business aspects as well. This will ensure an overall professional development.
