Investment Banking Associate

- If you are one with right technical experience within Investment Banking, high energy & non negotiating on integrity with a drive to continuously improve as an individual with the potential to be a gamechanger when the moment arises, then you must apply for this role.

- CA + MBA or CA + CFA-2 or MBA from premier B-School with excellent analytical abilities.

- Must have 2 - 4yr of work experience in a front end Investment Bank only.

- Must have prior relevant experience of research, evaluating financial data, building financial models, conducting due diligence and arriving at valuation to translate it into a strategy for clients.

- Must be hands on in building and reviewing financial models to analyze and support M&A or fund raise transactions.

- Strong collaterals/presentation building experience.

- Must be presentable, have good communication skills with effective attention to details in order to guide clients through the investment process, including presenting and explaining investment options.

- Sectors: digital technology, fintech, EdTech, SaaS.
