Associate - Investment Banking

Spot & evaluate opportunities to buy or partner with content companies, analyse competition landscape, prepare good pitch-book presentation

Conduct qualitative & quantitative research on industry, markets & competitors by collating, analyzing & interpreting data

Prepare investor and strategy presentations; press releases, create & evaluate a forward business plan; Assist business planning & budgeting

Create strategic rationale, positioning pages, pitch book, investment deck etc

Draft company information memorandum, marketing materials, management presentations; Prepare material to advise the Board on various strategic topics

Detailed Financial modeling, M&A, due diligence, IP valuation, Term Sheet/SSA, deal negotiation etc

Assist in building detailed financial valuation & cash flow model for the business

Liaise with PR partners, lawyers, banks, financiers, advisors, consultants etc to ensure seamless information exchange

Strategic thinking, motivated, organized & confident Professional, keen to learn new things & work hard

From investment banking with strong numerical, analytical, writing & drafting skills

MBA, 2-4 years experience, 26-28 years of age
