This is a full time Associate role within the Advisory team under the Investment Banking division. Roles & Responsibilities - Manage the execution of M&A transactions, including buy-side and sell-side advisory, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raising activities. - Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, and scenario analysis, to support transaction structuring and decision-making. - Assist on due diligence efforts, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and oversee the preparation of due diligence materials and reports. - Draft and review transaction-related documents, including offering memoranda, pitch books, term sheets, and presentations, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and compliance with regulatory requirements. - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating meetings, managing communications, and providing strategic advice throughout the transaction process. - Stay abreast of market trends, industry developments, and regulatory changes impacting the investment banking and M&A landscape, and leverage insights to advise clients and identify new business opportunities. - Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients, industry contacts, and potential transaction counterparties to drive business development efforts and expand the firm's network. Desired Skills and Qualification - Bachelor's degree in any field but has relevant experience and knowledge in research, quantitative analysis, finance, business strategy and/or economics ; additional relevant certifications/post graduation are a plus - Minimum [1-2] years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, corporate finance, consulting or related fields, with a proven track record of contributing to transactions or business related decision making, or participation thereof - Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and financial analysis. - Ability to create IM and Pitchbooks independently and prepare business plans and related information packs for internal and client purposes - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas persuasively and interact effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. - Strategic thinker with a keen business sense, analytical mindset, and ability to identify and evaluate value-enhancing opportunities for clients. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. - Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, foster relationships, and collaborate effectively with individuals at all levels within the organization and externally. - Proficiency in financial analysis software and Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
