Associate - Institutional Sales - Musical Instruments

Job Description:

- Shortlist/ Create daily visit plan to academic school/ music school/ institutions and Submit.

- Visit academic schools to explain about recorder/ keyboard program, school workshop, instrument procurement.

- Close deal/ agreement and schedule related (School workshop date, program, training date, product delivery etc.)

- Conducting training sessions for new employees joining at centres on various operational aspects of classroom training program conduction.

- Develop Marketing Plans to achieve the target in different programs at regional level.

- Designing and successfully implementing marketing & promotional strategies.

- Establish relationship with sound rental companies, music production academies, recording studios, academic schools & churches..

- Conducting seminars / presentations to college/university, Schools.

- Responsible for student enrolment across centres in Bangalore.

- Review targets regularly and take corrective actions / change strategies as required.
