Associate - Institutional Equity Research - Media & Telecom

Report writing : Initiations, Quarterly, Sector thematic and event specific. Full-fledged detailed report about a company. The report includes analysis about the company's business model, its historical and expected financial performance. Also, includes analysis about the industry in which the company operates

- Participation and contribution to daily morning meetings.

- Excel Modelling : Annual/quarterly update, forecasts, valuation

- Data gathering, spread sheet support by way of timely updation of spread sheets /graphs /background information and report production

- Stock ideation. Giving stock ideas to analyst for pitching to clients. Essentially help lead analyst to identify stocks that provide good trades and have alpha opportunities

- Client requests handling -report/model/specific analysis/corporate access

- Associate client calling - if applicable. i.e. if an associate has been assigned clients for calling

- Exposure to financial modelling and valuation tools & techniques, Bloomberg is essential
