Associate - Indirect Taxation/GST - Accounting Firm

Associate - Indirect Taxation, GST

Candidate must have hands-on experience in the following:

- Must have basic knowledge of accounting.

- Must be good in MS Office (specially excel).

- Must have a working knowledge of GST and service tax.

- Must have good communication and drafting skills.

- Minimum 1-year experience in GST practice.

- A clear understanding of GST returns, their deadline etc.

- Capable of doing various reconciliations in excel.

- Willing to work in extremely difficult situations.

- Willing to handle extreme work pressure.

- Should be able to provide support to the team for various tax fillings.

- Knowledge of the oracle cloud package would be an added advantage.

- The ability to do research on tax topics and experience of facing tax authorities would be preferred.

- Very good communication skills.

- Computer proficiency - Very good in advanced excel i.e., V lookup, H lookup, pivot table, countif, sumif formulas etc.

Requirements:

Qualification: B.Com (H) / M.Com / MBA Finance / Semi-Qualified CA (freshers will also work)

Experience: 2-3 years / 3-6 years

Role type: Internal role/ no client facing/ GST exp required
