We are looking for an Hr Associate for one of the leading Management Consulting firm

MBA in HR from XLRI, TISS or SCMHRD

Job Role - HR Associate:

As part of its expansion plans, the company is looking for an HR associate to join the HR team in its effort to help the organization scale sustainably. You will be asked to champion 1-2 HR verticals along with handling projects that have an organization wide impact.

1. Role & Responsibilities:

1. Champion 1/2 HR verticals

2. Investigate core talent problems in the organization, challenge assumptions and come up with innovative solutions.

3. Explore ideas to take the Talent story to the next level.

2. Qualification & Experience:

a) MBA in HR from XLRI, TISS or SCMHRD

b) Experience of 2-3 years
