Associate Human Capital Consultant

As a Associate Human Capital Consultant, this position is responsible for supporting the design and execution of projects/programs across various Human Capital functional areas leveraging expertise in the area of Analytics & Project/Program Management.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Enable talent and leadership dashboards and related key support and solutions for OGA Human Capital leadership.

- Consultant for key Project management efforts.

- Manage project/program within the OECM team as per defined road map.

- Drive to ensure that projects are completed on time and within scope/costs

- Work with multiple stakeholders

Key Skills :

- Experience : 6 to 8 years

- Exposure into project management, Data handling and analytics

- Ideal to have consulting background, in the Data handling/ Reports role/ HR Analytics & Project Management space

- Proven ability to work with data and extract strategic insights from large data sets

- Comfortable dealing with Talent data and data driven insights enablement and ability to create insights and recommendations for HC leadership basis the data trends

- Experience into HR projects governance

- Has strong PPT / presentation skills to be able to create effective storyboard PoV

- Somebody who can work as an IC and can work with cross functional teams

- Can work on transformational projects or aligned to such projects

- Should have exposure of working with different CEOs

- Competent to work with leaders at a global level

- Exposure into organizational development/ strategies etc.
