Urgent Opening for Associate Manager HR with Leading FMCG Company

The position has overall responsibility for Talent Acquisition, Management and Development in the production plant. The main focus of the role is to hire, engage and retain the site’s Human Resource through HR interventions and best practices.

Location: Madurai

Reporting :Manager HR

Experience:

- 8-10 years of direct work experience in a large FMCG / FMCD, Pharma manufacturing units

- Preferably a Female Candidate; Knowledge of local language is an added advantage
