Associate HR Director - Compensation & Benefits - Luxury Hotels/Resorts
Our client is a leading chain of luxury properties in India and is looking for an Associate Director HR - Compensation & Benefits
Roles and Responsibilities :
1) Develop and maintain a compensation strategy aligned with the Hotels overall business objectives.
2) Conduct regular market research and benchmarking to ensure hotel's compensation and packages remain competitive.
3) Assist in developing and managing the budget for compensation and benefits programs.
4) Prepare and present reports to senior management and department heads to make informed decisions and recommendations.
5) Ensure policies are communicated clearly with all employees and are consistently implemented.
6) Stay up to date with local, state, and federal labour laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in compensation and benefits management preferably in hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of labour laws and regulations.
- Experience in managing HRIS and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
