Opening: Associate HR Consultant - Recruitment

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Understanding of Investment Banking and Institutional Equity industry

- Maintaining database of candidates

- Understanding job description and sourcing resumes through reference and headhunting.

- Scheduling interviews and following up with candidates for salary negotiation.

- Handling end to end recruitment cycle

- Candidates having experience in Investment banking and Institutional Equity and willing to move to HR Consultancy-IE & IB, can also apply. If required, work from home option will also be available.
