Associate - HR Business Partner - Consulting Group - IIM/XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD/MDI

- As part of its expansion plans, the company is looking for an HR associate to join the HR team in its effort to help the organization scale sustainably.

- The HR team is currently in an exciting phase; trying to set up things in an organization which is growing rapidly but has an aversion to processes that inhibit freedom and innovation. Company has a unique system of growth & feedback and HR is on a journey to take this to the next level.

- As part of this dynamic team, you will be asked to think on first principles, champion 1-2 HR verticals and ideate & handle projects that have an organization wide impact.

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Champion 1 or 2 HR verticals in Consulting Group

2. Investigate core talent problems in the organization, challenge assumptions and come up with innovative solutions.

3. Explore ideas to take the Vector Talent story to the next level.

4. Ideate & setup never-before-thought Talent journeys

Qualifications & Experience:

a) MBA in HR from XLRI, TISS or SCMHRD, MDI Gurgaon

b) Experience of 2-5 years
