Primary purpose of Job
- Responsible to ensure process of Employee life cycle including good exposure of Recruitment, PMS, Training and Development across levels including shop floor employees etc.
- To Strengthen governance around statutory compliance
- Negotiating collective bargaining deals between union and management & handling wage settlement. Ensure harmonious Industrial Relations.
- Engagements with external agencies like: Government Officials, Neighbourhood leaders, Panchayat leader etc
- Ensure uninterrupted communication systems, town halls, 1:1, skip levels etc.
- Partnering business.
- To Drive Productivity improvement at plant
- Ensure Employees Welfare & Socialisation, events management, etc.
Desired Profile
- Demonstrate successful track record in a unionized factory environment, specially, should have hand-on experience of signing of multiple LTS.
- Hands-on experience on Strategic IR.
- Good communication in English
- Excellent Presentation skills including Power Point
- Demonstrate good inter-personal skills with cross functional areas.
- Proactive and process-oriented approach.
- Comply with EHS needs and all statutory regulations as per Factory Act & Industrial Dispute Act
