- This position serves as a key catalyst to unlock & drive value in Group's Real Estate portfolio and businesses ancillary to the current portfolio.

- End to end management and delivery of key identified strategic initiatives taken-up with various Group Businesses.

- Actively originate, analyse and develop new high growth opportunities in Real Estate and New Businesses ancillary to the current portfolio.

- Support Corporate teams in various Investor interactions
