Role Overview

The State Head is responsible for the Sales, Service, and Operations of Photography Services; Revenue generation by new customer acquisition, growth in existing clients and overall expansion of the business. Work with regional vendors in the space of photography for mutually beneficial tie ups. Ensuring on-time customer service through a healthy mix of on a roll and off roll photographers and videographers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Overseeing Entire Sales and Operations of the State for Photography Services

- Team Building: Manpower Planning, recruiting, training and retaining telecalls and photographers.

- Ensuring On time servicing of Customers through a healthy mix of online and offline photographers

- Ensuring that SOPs laid down by the company are followed by both freelancers and on roll photographers.

- Successful complaint handling and timely response to customers

- Reviewing the sales projection/pipeline and ensuring that sales milestones are met on a daily/weekly basis and projections remain accurate

- Ensuring timely update of CRM & Relevant payment collections to company as per norms

- Ensuring geographical expansion of business within the state as agreed with HO

- Keeping close track of development or innovations in the photography sector n the region and updating HO
