- About The Role:


- We are seeking dynamic sales professionals with a proven track record in hunting and outbound prospecting. The ideal candidate will have a disciplined approach to sales, managing pipelines, and maintaining CRM accuracy. Experience in B2B sales within the insurance industry is highly preferred.


- Core Responsibilities:


- Engage with prospective clients to understand their unique requirements and articulate the company's value proposition effectively.


- Provide feedback to the product team for continuous improvement of offerings.


- Independently manage and forecast sales pipelines.


- Present the company's benefits to CXOs and senior executives in client meetings.


- Collaborate closely with marketing and pre-sales teams to enhance the quality of the sales pipeline.


- Ensure high responsiveness with prospects throughout the sales process.


- Proactively source new leads and business opportunities.

- Job Requirement:


- Expertise & Qualification:


- Minimum 3 years of B2B direct sales experience in the insurance broking industry (EB products) preferred.


- Proven experience in outbound prospecting, cold calling, and pipeline management.


- Strong background in hunting, acquiring new clients, and closing sales.


- Experience selling to Founders, CHROs, HR teams, or CFOs/Finance teams is mandatory.


- Consistent track record of meeting assigned sales targets.


- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.- Disciplined approach to CRM management.

- Note:


- Candidates with experience solely in global mandates are not suitable. We require individuals with domestic direct sales experience, specifically in Indian metropolitan cities, and selling to mid to large enterprises.
