Job Duties and Responsibilities-

Creates annual blueprint for engagement events and activities, including annual participation in activities such as - Great Places to Work- survey or Aon's Best Employer study; Ensures a strong external employer value proposition in addition to the internal equity through activities undertaken

Identifies type and cost of programs, remaining budget-conscious.

Drives the event calendar, establishing standards, event types, and related guidelines/proposals for implementation throughout the organisation. Oversees deployment of activities via local resources, such as in sites, while establishing oversight and audit processes.

Provides data and reporting respective to functional areas impacted. Working through other Human Resources staff for input and deployment, functions as - project manager- for related responsibilities. Integrates responsibilities with other programs, including results of Employee Surveys.

Creates an effective communication plan and provides content for various communication vehicles. Leverage events to create and sustain dialogue around engagement and provide concepts and content for internal communications such as Town Hall, emails and intranet/internet. The overall communication strategy will include activities to keep employees abreast and enthusiastic about events and activities.

Develops, evaluates, analyzes and maintains interest in employee recognition programs.

Evaluates current activities in coordination with broader Human Resources strategies and recommends program changes to increase alignment and support the department's people-related strategies. Ensures that all activities are developed within and convey messaging that is in alignment with the broader people practices.

Job Requirements-

Educational Qualification:

Post graduate in Human Resource Management / Communication from a reputed institute

Experience in event management is a must

Work Experience:

5-7 years of robust HR experience

Minimum 3 years leading engagement initiatives preferably in a multinational company / IT / BPO Experience preferred

Ability to manage/ prioritise multiple tasks and projects

Excellent oral and written communication skills including group facilitation and presentation skills

Excellent interpersonal skills including leadership, influencing and relationship building across functions
