Associate - Fund Operations

About Us :

EQUIPPP Investments is a subsidiary of EQUIPPP Social Impact Technologies Ltd and has been set up with a mission to promote PPP investments into local infrastructure projects.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Fund Operations Associate. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting the launch and operations of our new alternative investment fund.

Responsibilities:

1. Project Management:

- Manage the day-to-day tasks associated with launching the fund, including legal documentation, regulatory filings, and investor onboarding.

- Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.

- Track progress and identify potential roadblocks, proactively seeking solutions and communicating effectively with stakeholders.

- Coordinate with various service providers, including lawyers, accountants, and administrators.

2. Stakeholder Management:

- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including investment team, legal counsel, and investors.

- Gather and disseminate information in a timely and organized manner.

- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.

3. Fund Administration:

- Assist with investor relations and subscription management.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all fund activities.

- Liaise with the fund administrator on operational matters.

4. Learning and Development:

- Actively learn about the alternative investment industry and the specific investment strategy of the fund.

- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills.

- Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow within the firm.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.

- 3-5 years of experience in project management, fund operations or a similar role.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
