Associate Financial Controller - Financial Institution - CA

Position - Financial Controller or Legal Entity Controller

Our client is a US-based global financial Institution with offices across the Globe.

Shift Timings - UK 1 PM Afternoon - 10 PM Evening

Responsibilities :

- Overall Responsible for oversight including accounting & reporting of legal entity financial statements for US GAAP and local GAAP

- The Legal Entity Controllers group is responsible for the accounting, reporting, and oversight of firm core legal entities.

- You'll be responsible for accounting for legal entities in accordance with IFRS & GAAP.

- Ownership of operating legal entity as Legal entity Controller

- Monthly Balance Sheet and P&L preparation and review. Preparing detailed variance analysis

- Work closely with the regulatory reporting team and support them with data and reports.

Candidate Profile :

- CA with minimum 4 years of proven experience in Controllership with IFRS & US GAAP or UK GAAP.

- Note: Strong experience in IFRS & GAAP is mandatory.
