Associate Financial Analyst - Revenue

We are currently looking to recruit a full-time, permanent Associate Financial Analyst (Revenue) to work at our Bengaluru office.

The Associate Financial Analyst will be responsible for the preparation of invoices. They will also produce accurate monthly results for group reporting purposes, continuously develop the revenue reporting and business partner with non-financial stakeholders, such as marketing and commercial, to ensure that revenue is reported as accurately as possible.

Main Task and Responsibilities

As the Associate Financial Analyst, your main responsibilities will consist of the following:

- Monthly sales actual reporting to stakeholders including supplementary sales information as required.

- As part of the ad hoc finance projects, develop and evolve the sales reporting available to the wider business at various levels for all key product families which clearly show trends and help influence decision making

- Partner relevant key stakeholders in the business to produce and update volume and value forecasts for all SKU's globally to feed into the global forecast and sales phasing to be reported.

- Monthly preparing and raising invoices for revenue-based commissions and payments in accordance with contracts. Liaise with external parties to communicate these commissions and ensure agreement.

- Other Ad-hoc sales reporting and ad hoc project work where required

Requirements

- Qualified Accountant (CA, CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or qualified by experience

- Demonstrable experience in a similar role is preferable as well as an understanding of a Startup / SaaS environment

- Knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems

- Experience working in an international business environment, with multiple currencies is desirable

- Advanced MS Excel skills and data manipulation is essential

- Knowledge of reporting tools is desirable

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Driven with the ability to work to tight deadlines

- Excellent planning and organisational skills

- Ability to effectively handle pressures and demands from multiple sources and competing priorities.

- Good organizational and stakeholder management skills.

- Skills necessary to be effective in agile, navigate a fast-moving and complicated environment, and to influence people in a fast-growing international company

- Must be flexible to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
