We are seeking an Associate Financial Analyst position to join our Blockchain and AI Product team. This role will support the US team for client real estate and alternative investments utilizing Client proprietary applications that will initially categorization, extraction, and processing financial documents for internal and client reporting requirements.

Responsibilities:

- Primary day-to-day responsibilities involve processing investment-related products within Client proprietary applications for two primary areas: Real estate & Alternative investments documents.

- This role will be involved in all aspects of client onboarding-categorization, extraction, processing, reconciliation, and support tracking investment-related tasks in a proprietary workflow application.

- Absorb directions from the real estate and alternative investments Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) along with local manager for categorizing, processing, extracting, analysing, troubleshooting, and improving source documents processes for data inputs and client outcome reporting requirements.

- Provide management reporting on project status reports, KPIs, etc.

Essential Qualification and Skills:

- Any qualified Degree in accounting or finance.

- 2-5+ years of experience in alternative investments (real estate, hedge funds, private equity or hybrid financial processing for fund accounting, real estate appraisers or accounting experience either at a financial institution or fund administrator)

- Extensive Experience in Microsoft Office Suite with advance Excel functionality with Excel modelling.

- Preferred knowledge in investran, Geneva, Yardi, MRI or other accounting application.
