Associate Financial Analyst, GCC, India

This job is responsible for the bank reconciliation activities across the Auto, creditor and A&T business within Europe's TWG entities, together with the production of all related journals and documentation to support the processes.

This job also includes the completion of other Finance activities as required.

This position will be Remote at our India location.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

The role's primary focus is the completion of the relatively complex bank reconciliations within the TWG entities. Bank posting processes include interfaces from companies systems.

- Load files into the Blackline bank reconciliation software

- Run the Blackline software

- Perform manual matching of related items

- Ensure bank and other reconciliations are performed as efficiently as possible, using automated processes where possible

- Ensure all reconciliations are supported with the relevant documentation and are authorised prior to filing

- Liaise with other teams on reconciling items and follow to conclusion

- Provide insight into interface issues impacting the bank posting process and liaise with line manager and developers to resolve

- Attend monthly review meetings to explain and provide an account of all reconciling items on bank reconciliations

- Provide analysis reports for external and internal audit activities as required

- Provide input into other ad hoc projects/issues impacting the function as they arise
