Financial Analyst - Real Estate

Position : Associate 

Department - Strategy and Business Transformation

Profile : Looking for a self-driven professional having a background in Real Estate/Relevant Industry having in-depth knowledge of Real Estate Transactions and ability to work with a young and dynamic team. A person who loves challenges and take head-on with assigned tasks.

Roles and Responsibility :

- Financial Modelling

- DCF, Lease Rental Discounting, Business Case & waterfall mapping

- Deal Valuation

- Project appraisal & feasibility analysis (IRR/Yield)

- Rooted understanding of Real Estate Business - Understand & tweak Legal/ Business Documents in track mode

- Project Refinancing / Pitch books/ Information memorandums

Skills :

- Excellent in MS-Excel/PowerPoint & Word

- Excellent in the understanding of Accounting & Financial concepts

- Good with stakeholder's management

- Ability to work under pressure & meet multiple deadlines

- Self-driven and focused on tasks in hand

Qualification :

- MBA from top tier institute in finance/CA having 2-4 years of experience

- Preferably from Real Estate Developer fraternity or Banking (Real Estate Project appraisals)
