Finance & Taxation Associate - Leading International Buy Side Fund (BIG 4 EXPERIENCE PREFERRED)

About our client :

- Our Client is a leading International Buy Side Fund in Bangalore.

Primary Responsibilities :

- Work closely on managing the portfolio finances, fund operations, & new deal underwriting

- Manage the tax related compliance matters of the fund & fund management entity

- Monitoring statutory compliance of the portfolio companies & assisting them in implementing strong compliance systems

- Be a vital part of the finance & leadership teams of the portfolio companies in putting together detailed financial & business plans for the year

- Evaluate the financial model & due diligence support on deal flow

- The role would directly report to the CFO

The successful candidate should have :

- At least 3 years of experience in fund operations / tax & regulatory compliance / controls with a Big 4 / Buy Side fund

- Hands-on awareness of audit, tax & regulatory requirements in the FS domain
