Associate - Finance - Social Impact/Non Social Impact - CA

1. Minimum 2 years of experience in managing invoices, GST filing, contracts, working with the CA and other external stakeholders

2. Gain a solid understanding of individual client requirements

3. Finance associates assist with audits, reviews, and tax preparation. They closely examine financial and accounting records, compile data, and conduct financial reviews and audits. This requires familiarity with recognized accounting standards and a basic understanding of the tax code.

4. Manage the operations around each client mandate

5. Ability to work independently

6. Learn and contribute to our mission, vision, and team

7. Support all other initiatives within the organization

8. Must be someone who is organized, has strong verbal and written communication skills, can reach out to and work with people externally and be persistent and structured in follow-ups

9. Someone who is data-driven and has prior experience of working on Tally, Quickbooks, etc

10. Could also be someone who is currently doing their CA studies
