FP&A Associate - Immediate Joiner

Urgently hiring Finance Planning & Analysis - Associate for a MNC telecom company in Gurgaon. MBA/PGDM in Finance from Tier 1 institutes or a qualified Chartered Accountant with exposure to FP&A, Business Finance roles in Corporate or Consulting set up would be the right fit for the role.

Key Deliverables:

- Ownership of revenue planning & analysis

- Publication of monthly, quarterly and annual / YTD projections, forecasts and actuals variance analysis and key trends

- Preparation of dashboards, reports and decks for stakeholder both regular and ad-hoc requests

- Supporting the Annual Operating Planning process and its roll out to business

- Contributing towards projects and improvement initiatives in technology adoption and new practices

Key skills :

- Excellent analytical, financial modeling with an eye for spotting underlining trends

- Highly organized in work and ability to prioritize

- Team player and collaborative skills

- Excellent MS Power point and deck preparation skills - must be 8/10
