Associate - Finance/Audit & Tax - CA - BFS

Job Requirement : 

- Understanding the client objective

- Understanding the industry and business environment in which the client operates

- Analysis of the financial statements of the client

- Preparation of financial model, undertaking peer group analysis, assessing appropriateness of the model prepared vis-- -vis industry standards, selection of suitable valuation model, setting assumptions for the valuation, deriving the final valuation and preparation of valuation report

- Working on individual areas as assigned by the manager

- Giving timely feedback to the manager about work progress and issues identified requiring resolution from the clients

- Assisting in drafting business proposals and engagement letters

- Compliance with other risk management procedures for the work done including documentation as per the ISO standards

- Assisting in preparing Company Profiles and Credentials

- Assist in other work for the service line

- Research and making presentation on technical matters

- Need Qualified Chartered Accountants

- Should have passed CA examination in first / second attempt
