Associate - Finance

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Manage the general accounting function of an Alternative Investment Fund.

2. Preparation of daily NAV calculation, quarterly financials, and investor reporting.

3. Manage trades with brokers, reconciliation of trade etc.

4. Ensure compliance/documentation requirement for Companies Act, Income Tax Act, GST, labour law, SEBI etc..

5. Maintain sufficient funds by forecasting cash requirements and obligations.

6. Prepare monthly management report (MIS) including cash flow, annual budget process and periodic analysis of financial performance

7. Provide financial projections by coordinating budget/forecast preparation; collection, analyses, and consolidation of financial information; advise departments on the collection and analysis of data.
