Location: Hyderabad Exp- 2+ years Qualification- MBA-Finance/CFA Preferred: Having experience in transactions,, strategic consulting or hospitality sector organizations Responsibilities: - Evaluate investment opportunities using quantitative & qualitative methods - Analysis & interpretation of financial statements, business models, determination of company/transaction valuations - Carry out feasibility study for any potential investment opportunities/greenfield project and presentation to stakeholders - Creating detailed financial models that enhance return on investment of projects - Support evaluation and execution of the due diligence process, leveraging internal and external experts as required - Assisting in forming the appropriate structure of a deal - Ability to project manage a deal independently - Draft investor updates and reporting activities including data collation and analysis, creation of reports, valuation notes, IC notes, and other written communications Skills : - Critical thinking & analytical skills, Financial modelling, Management skills, Effective communication & writing skills
