Associate - Family Philanthropy

Type of Role: Full-time

Location: Mumbai, India

Summary of Responsibilities -

The candidate must work towards creating pathways for engagement and collaboration with families within the GivingPi network, with the goal of accelerating their giving journeys and establishing long-term relationships. In this role the candidate is also expected to contribute to team and organization-level management activities such as reporting, knowledge management etc.

Skills Required:

- Minimum 3 years of experience with demonstrated skills in stakeholder management, High network donors, consulting, communications, and multi-stakeholder engagement. Experience in the development sector and/or experience in engaging with funders will be an added advantage.

- Written & Communication skills: Begins to draw linkages from content to insight and frameworks and communicates a compelling narrative with some, but minimal guidance.

- Project Management: Defines project scopes, plans with some support and guidance, begins to execute and manage the project with high efficiency and quality while adhering to deadlines.

- Relationship Management: Engages external and internal stakeholders with trust and confidence and is able to manage relationships towards several goals/ projects/ deliverables.

- Research & Data Analytics: Links several secondary and primary insights and data results across themes to develop frameworks, form compelling narratives and provide market intelligence for strategic decision-making.

- Entrepreneurial attitude with a willingness and ability to build systems and processes, work independently, bring structure, as well as think and act creatively in a resource-constrained environment. The candidate should have the ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
