Functional Title : Exotic Trade Review - Rates & Equities

Corporate Title: Associate

Background :

- Opportunity with a Leading Investment bank in Corporate Finance, Global Markets and Global Transaction Banking businesses.

- Division is responsible for the origination, sale, structuring, and trading of fixed income, equity, commodity, foreign exchange, derivative and money market products

- Exotic Trade Review is a cross-asset group, which exists to ensure the most complex trades are accurately booked within the trade capture/valuation systems.

Main Responsibilities :

- Reviewing/analyzing, and verifying the booking of complex trade structures that within the system

- Reviewing and approving the legal confirmation prior to dispatch to the counterparty. It will be the individual's responsibility to identify confirmation discrepancies and request corrections.

- Facilitating process change and development both within and outside of the group. As a change agent, you would be expected to understand processes, the business and how to interact with our stakeholders to achieve the required results.

- Working with external stakeholders to standardize booking practices and reducing operational risk surrounding exotic bookings.

- Handling queries that come into the group mailbox on a daily basis

Experience/Background :

- Prior experience in an Exotic Trade Review role preferable

- Strong derivatives knowledge and experience, including pricing and risk

- Strong interpersonal skill

- Excellent attention to detail
