Associate Execution & Innovation
- Establishing and reviewing key strategic priorities and translating them into a comprehensive strategic plan.
- Supports the development of successful strategic business plans to deliver against the strategic plan. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver key building blocks of the business plan.
- Monitoring the execution of the strategic business plan. Driving decision-making that creates medium- and long-term improvement.
- Facilitating and driving key strategic initiatives through inception phase.
- Supports the go-to-market execution of aligned innovation launches on the core business and new items.
- Champions the day-to-day operational functions, including ROI measurement, budget management, deriving key metrices tied to strategic plans and help the Department heads in adopting such metrices like Liftime Value/ Customer Acquisition Cost for reporting.
- Ensuring departmental/unit strategic planning projects reflect organizational strategic priorities. Translating strategies into actionable and quantitative plans.
- Mobilizing and managing teams of individuals charged with executing strategies.
- Acting as a resource across an organization to increase broad cohesion for strategic plans.
- Works closely and effectively with the management and CEO to keep them well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. Acts as a "barometer," having a sense of the issues taking place in the environment and keeping the management updated. To coordinate and communicate with all HODs and to attend management review meetings
- Provides a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility, trust, and support with senior management staff.
- Conduct quick scan and research on a variety of assigned topics
- Prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
- Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach, including drafting acknowledgment letters, personal correspondence, and other tasks that facilitate the CEO's ability to effectively lead the company.
Desired Candidate profile for Associate - Execution & Innovation:
- Excellent verbal and analytical abilities
- Systemic research capabilities and ability to quickly garner meaningful insights from information clutter
- Can make and deliver effective presentations as and when required, ability to communicate clearly and succinctly
- A graduate of a premium business school like IIM/MDI/XLRI/FMS with 1-2 years of experience in a premium consulting setup like McKinsey/BCG/Bain/Monitor Group or in a broad based role in a start-up or a strategy role in companies like Marico/P&G/TAS, etc
- An undergraduate from IIT/College of Business Studies with 3-5 years of experience in a commercial role in Mckinsey/BCG/Bain/Monitor or in a start-up
