Job Responsibilities:

- Strong understanding of on ongoing equity capital market trends

- Converting product and structuring ideas generates by team into client presentations with attention to detail. Financial analysis (historical) and financial modeling/projections after understanding the client's strategic and financial objectives.

- Data sourcing and analysis on ongoing equity capital market trends and creation and maintenance of an ECM deck

- Participate and conduct diligence from a business and financial perspective.

- Proficiency in database packages like Bloomberg and Reuters

- Strong understanding of financial markets

- Very strong relationship skills
