Associate Editor - Digital Entity

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist in managing the daily programming and curation strategy

Work with Global and Regional Programming Teams as well as other cross-functional teams to achieve various organizational objectives

Curate and maintain a substantial number of varied playlists and stay on top of new music programming

By relying on data and instincts, ideate on how the listening experience can be improved

REQUIREMENTS:

3-4 years experience from the music industry, ideally programming for music services, working with a broad range of music content

Passionate about music and have deep knowledge of music culture

Possess a perfect level of written and spoken English

Highly organized, creative self-starter with experience working on multiple projects at the same time

Care about attention to detail and organization, have a team spirit, strong work ethic, and a sense of humor

Salary offered: 7 - 8 LPA
