KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  - Work with clients to help them make smart decisions by developing various client solutions like analysis and story-telling from data, reports, dashboards, presentations etc.  Project Management:  - Get briefs from clients / onsite, prepare approach plan to solve the brief, estimate time and costs as per approach plan.  - Manage daily delivery with Analysts independently with minimal reviews from Manager.  - Co-ordinate and communicate on calls / mails with client/onsite team, data suppliers & internal design, technical development teams, analysts.  - Lead project delivery and ensure all deliverables, meet client expectations & deadlines.  - Meet revenue & productivity targets.  - Work on multiple projects simultaneously as per the requirement.  Team management:  Manage direct reportees - train, guide supervise and do fair appraisals of resources.  Ensure team discipline and work quality.  - Hygiene: Manage Accruals, Invoicing, Follow-ups, Scope creeps, Timesheets, Working hours / WFH / Leaves etc are adhered to and managed well (With escalations if needed).  ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND QUALITIES  - Good marketing domain knowledge understanding, particularly in the consumer goods domain.  - Should be good at analytical thinking & breaking down large problems into solvable chunks.  - Should be willing to continuously co-ordinate with onsite clients and teams in India.  - Have a consulting orientation; gather perspectives, examples and use them to enrich daily work.  - Willing to travel onsite as and when required.  - Should know & understand consumer data, its analysis procedures to generate meaningful insights.  - Working knowledge of PPT & Excel. Experience in SPSS, SAS, SQL, R etc will be added advantage.  - Self-motivated and Driven: The role involves working under dynamic, high pressure conditions, sometimes turning around project in a single day.  - Thorough and Meticulous: This role involves working with large amounts of data which are used to take critical decisions by our clients. So, attention to detail, error spotting, quality check skill to ensure 100% accuracy of outputs are important qualities that are required.  QUALIFICATIONS  - 1-4 yrs experience in: Sales, Marketing, Market Research, Strategy, Marketing Analytics or Consulting.  - MBA is a must. Preferably from a good business school with Marketing as one of the focus areas.  ADDITIONAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE (PREFERRED):  - Knowledge of Software Development lifecycle and/or Project Management systems.  - Hands-on experience working with large data-sets, SQL or information systems or Software Development or IT/IS experience & certifications will be preferred.  Salary offered: 6 - 10 LPA
