Associate Director - Workplace Strategy/Corporate Strategy - Real Estate

Role Brief:

The consultant will work with clients to develop and execute strategies that transform owned and leased real estate into a source of value, not just a cost through strategic & operation planning and portfolio optimization.

Role Description:

The candidate will play a key role in the development of long-term forward looking real estate strategies for large Multinational Corporates, Indian Companies, Government and quasi-Government bodies, 3PL & Warehousing players, Investors, Developers and Land Owners. The candidate would also act as coach and mentor for team-members and help build strong relationships with on-shore colleagues / cross-broader teams and clients, identifying areas where AP Consulting can improve quality and increase the scope of work.

Role Details:

- Understanding and clearly outlining objectives, client strategies

- Determine and clarify strategic and operational challenges faced by clients

- Identify gaps and seek solutions

- Undertake research into specific industry sector, markets and competitors

- Collect, analyse and interpret data and statistics

- Compile and present information verbally, visually and in writing

- Identify and assess the pros and cons of possible strategies

- Develop, advise on and draw implementation roadmaps for agreed upon solutions

- Help and handhold clients through change

- Develop and devise change management programs

- Assist in and deliver client interviews, management workshops, town halls and team building sessions, team workshops
