Position: Associate Director/VP/Principal

Reports to: Managing Partner

Location: Mumbai

Team size :

CTC : as per experience and industry standards (INR 15-24 Lacs)

Job Responsibilities

- Syndication of Private financing / loans / structured loans/Foreign Currency loans

- Placement of distress Debt with ARCs/Private credit funds/prop desk of Foreign Banks

- Knowledge of end-to-end process of credit approvals and documentations/negotiation of term sheets/documentation of private credit proposals

Skills and Competencies:

- Understanding of Regulations RBI/IBC/structured products

- Strong industry connects.

- Willingness to travel intracity/intercity /overseas

- Outgoing , extrovert, presentable.

- Proven track record of deal closures.

Qualification / Experience

- MBA from a reputed institute, CA and BE/B.Tech.

- 10-15 years of syndication experience in NBFC/Investment Bank/Bank
