Associate Director/Vice President- Data Scientist (15-20 yrs)

An exciting opportunity for a Data Science Heads to work in a Global consulting firm in R, machine learning, big data, python, and different statistical techniques. The role requires a sharp analytical person willing to work with cutting edge technologies in Analytics.

Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities :

- Conceptualize, design and develop innovative machine learning/data AI solutions for a wide range of customers

- Solve exciting business problems and data and create machine learning methods and data-driven AI solutions

- Lead, recruit, grow and retain high-caliber analytics talent at scale

- Ensure excellence in delivery to internal and external customers

- Create and implement a shared vision for data analytics applied to product development and delivery

- Empower consultants to move across existing opportunities up the analytics value chain

- Identify and pursue new opportunities for applying unique, state of the art analytics solutions at the respective client group

- Foster innovation and leverage new technologies

- Champion culture changes needed to pursue our Analytics strategy

- Build deep partnerships with clients

The Successful Candidate :

- 15 to 20 years of experience in Data sciences and analytics

- Phd/ M.Sc/M.tech from tier- 1 institutes must

- Knowledge of variety and advanced analytic and research approaches.

- Expertise in R, Python, machine learning, NLP and various statistical techniques

- Expert-level proficiency in statistical/ML predictive techniques such as regression, Bayesian methods etc.

- Good to have working experience in one or more of time series modeling, advanced predictive modeling, SEM, GLM, GLMM, clustering and related areas

- Ability to independently manage engagements from start to finish, delivering actionable insight within established timelines and budget

- Demonstrated ability in driving business impact through the application of analytical techniques.

- Understanding and leveraging the connection between data structures, analytical methods, and business applications.
