Job Context : To manage the treasury function of multiple entity in Group

Challenges : To Optimize the Interest Cost, To Optimize Cash flow Gap through working capital efficiency, working with Difference business Units

Designation - Associate Director

Qualification - Charted Accountant

Exp - 12+ Yrs.

Location - Noida.

Accountabilities :

- Working Capital Management including factoring, Supplier Credit, LC Discounting.

- Managing Large working capital Limits for Group Entities (Consortium and Multiple)

- Raising of Debt at North American Entities, along with Cash flow of Group Entities to control excess borrowings. Key Member in Handling the Group treasury .

- Preparation of FFR/DDR, DP Statement for the banks. Preparation of Group projections for Credit Rating agencies/lender loan proposals.

- Board presentation on treasury function including Group loan cost, covenants compliance, variance analysis.

- Optimization of Interest Cost, Rating Discussion/Negotiation with Credit Rating Agencies

- Execution of Export finance/PCFC/ WCDL facility from the banks. Security creation/release- Hypothecation, Mortgage, Share Pledge, Assignments.

- Review of Cash flow of Group Entities to control excess borrowings.

- Handling Internal and Statutory Audit of Treasury Activities.

- Issuance of Commercial Paper for various Group Entities .Filing of APR/FLA Return

- Digitalization of Treasury Processes, Understanding of Forex Settlements

- ODI/Foreign remittance approval, Negotiation of Term sheet and Loan documents .

Must Have Skills :

- Minimum 10 years in Managing Treasury in Manufacturing Large Corporate
