Associate Director - Treasury Management System - Big4

The candidate should be a BA for TMS.
This is not a PMO role but a Functional Consultant or a Business Analyst Role.

Main Purpose : We require an accomplished Project Manager and Functional Consultant with recent experience of implementing IONs IT2 Treasury Management System, or another.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :

- Recent experience of implementing IONs IT2 Treasury Management System, or another, as either a Project Manager or Functional Consultant.

- ION IT2 system implementation, design and configuration knowledge

- Ability to drive business process changes - challenging current business practices, working with key business process personnel

- Experience with adapting existing systems to new businesses and strategies

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Able to self-manage and regularly prioritize and plan activities across multiple project work streams

- Strong academic background - excellent degree from a top tier university is required in a subject that demonstrates the need for logical thinking, precise understanding and clear articulation

Key Responsibilities :

Project Management (50%)

Accountable for all Trafigura's deliverables to implement the product in partnership with ION. Including :

- Ensuring timely availability and focus of client staff.

- Ensuring timely project decisions and review cycles

- Ensuring scope remains focused on requirements for the initial rollout.

- Logistics planning including meeting coordination, meeting room booking, desk access.

- Attending weekly progress meetings with ION Project Manager.

- Producing periodic project reporting and resolving issues and risks.

Functional Consultant (50%)

Review and challenge all requirements and specifications including :

Functional Requirements :

- Application functions

- Reporting functions

- Security requirements

- Operational activities

- Application Interfaces

- SLA requirements

- Networking

- Audit requirements

- Where required, the configuration of ION IT2.

- Documentation of the implementation and knowledge base for IT2.

Working Relationships with :

- Business stakeholders and key users

- ION IT2's project team

- Architects, developers, project managers and business analysts

- Testing and training teams
