Associate Director - Transfer Pricing - Big4

- Should have experience in transfer pricing compliance, providing advisory & consultancy on transfer pricing to clients across geographical locations, performing transfer pricing documentation, data & functional analysis and leading the transfer pricing planning & structuring of the international entities.

- Should have strong knowledge of Global Documentation, Benchmarking studies, Inter-company Cross charges, Compliance/Documentation, International Transactions, Inter-company Drafting/Agreements, Income Tax Assessments, Transfer Pricing Compliance and Litigation, Cost and Transaction Transfer Pricing & Global Cross Charges.

- Should have minimum 10 years of work experience post qualification.

- Previous experience into a Big 4 would be preferred.
