Associate Director - Technology - Need Middle East candidates willing to relocate to India

- Strong leadership skills and should have handled team size of at least 30+ skilled resources

- Should be business enabler with innovative ideas to drive various business initiatives

- Should have deep knowledge on ISO messaging pertaining to various channels (ATM, POS, BNA, Recycler, etc.) and interfaces / interchanges (NPCI, VISA, MasterCard, JCP, CUP, etc.)

- Should be well versed in PCI related requirements

- Should have a deep knowledge about Test Automation tools & processes

- Profile related Requirements

- Change Management

- Testing

- Switch support

- General management

1. Prepare Status reports and Dashboard and present it to the Management on a periodic basis

2. Team Management

3. Conflict/Priority Management

4. Handle escalations effectively

5. Identify Resource requirements proactively

6. Work with other groups and ensure an error free environment for the customers
