Role : Associate Director Tax

Experience: 10 - 12 years

Qualification : CA / CPA

Job location : Mumbai

Job responsibilities:

- Lead a growing tax shared services team in Mumbai

- Manage transition of global tax compliance processes

- Manage, coach and develop a growing team of tax professionals

- Support efficient tax process and structure for tax compliance and planning

- Review of tax process delivery

Required skills :

- Post qualification 10- 12 years of International Tax experience, both Direct and Indirect

- Experience in U.S. Tax principles a must

- Experience in Outsourcing (Shared Services)

- Experience in leading process transitions from onshore to offshore locations

- Exposure to Continuous Improvement Tools (Lean or Six Sigma or Kaizen)
