Role & Responsibilities
- Provides guidance and works closely with the business for hiring plans ensuring accuracy in the gathering of requirements for hiring.
- Monitors, guides and helps in prepation of the recruitment plan making making sure the timeline are clearly defined as per the needs of the business.
- Keeps track of the number of candidates sourced through the defined portals in accordance to the needs of the businees and the values of the firm.
- Tracks ans monitors the cordination of interviews for the assessment of the sourced candidates to check fitment with the needs and requirements of the business.
- Provides guidance and give inputs to ensuring compliance in collection of past employment documents for the preparation of positioning note and checking the fitment.
- Monitors ongoing process to ensure accuracy in the roll out of offer post approval from the partner.
- Provides guidance and give inputs to ensuring compliance and efficiency of the recruitment process by constant interaction with recruitment vendors and initiating cost effective/ innovative methods of recruitment
- Ensuring relevant monthly reports are presented to the Practice/ Business leadership group
- Studies and monitors daily, weekly, monthly recruitment and joining trackers to ensure adherence to timelines
- Meets required statutory compliances on an ongoing basis by providing guidance to junior tema members
- Drives the team to ensure 100% accuracy during the requirement gathering phase by monitoring work and providing insights.
- Ensure minmal errors by keeping track of requirements while preparing the recruitment plan ensuring and adhering to the timelines defined.
- Monitors and tracks updates to ensure 100% accuracy in documentation while scourcing candidates throught vendors for payment processing.
- Drive the team to ensure 100% adherence to the statutory compliances.
- Ensure effective use of the Recruitment system by keeping track of usage
