Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Recruitment Practices :- Standardising Candidate Recruitment and On-boarding process for entire organization.
- On-boarding & managing third party vendors (Recruitment Consultants & agencies) and have the ability to ensure timely closure of open recruitment positions through constant engagement.
- Regular update of Hiring Manuals for entire TA teams.
- Preparing of standard JDs, IJPs and anchoring it with BU TA teams.
- Workforce planning & budgeting exercise for the assigned domain with focus on productivity and efficiencies.
HR Digitization :- Govern & optimize usage of in-house and external job portals
- Drive selection of ATS for recruitment process along with the HRIT team. Creating workflows and process documents with TA teams.
Young Leaders Program : - Liaison with campus SPOCs and BU Leads to understand campus requirements and creating plan to hire from campus
- Hiring and Selection process of Young Leaders from campuses - Tier 1 B-Schools and Under-Grad colleges
