As an Ass. Director Talent Acquisition you would optimize the hiring capability (Sales Partnership, Account Management & Marketing hiring) and lead a team of 8 - 10. The goal of this role is to drive positive results in talent quality, diversity, and speed to hire, through leading a team and establish planning processes, understand internal ready and available talent, implement best practices and execute high quality hiring. Key Responsibility Area: - Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities for Non tech hiring. - Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring - Partnering with leaders within the organization to track ongoing hiring needs of their business - Provide thought leadership on best-in-class strategies, methods and processes for selecting talent - Defining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction - Develop measurement and feedback mechanisms to monitor and evaluate effectiveness of Talent Acquisition plans, programs, processes, and tools. - Experience designing and leveraging integrated people strategies based on a holistic understanding of the diversity of the workforce; enabling the attraction, development, and retention of top talent. - Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior roles - Lead employer branding initiatives Personal Attributes: - We are looking for high achievers with 12 to 15 years of hands-on Experience in Sales & Marketing or Non-IT recruitment with atleast 3 years in a established Start up company - Capable of working independently with very little direction on complex projects - Expertise in leading Full Cycle of Recruitment Significant experience in PAN India talent acquisition - Presents complex/highly complex ideas and anticipates potential objections, influences others - Understanding of appropriate protocol and cultural diversity for assigned market - You should have a sharp eye for talented people and a steady commitment to help them find success in our company. - Experience of working in a target driven environment.
