- Build strategic relationship with business leaders to lead & execute Talent Acquisition strategy aligned to overall business strategy and drive talent agenda for Risk Consulting

- Talent Acquisition Lead for the 3000+ people strong Tax & Audit businesses. . Experienced in strategizing with the Tax & Audit leaders on Manpower planning & executing the recruitment plan throughout the year. Managing a Large team of HRs.

- Manpower Planning & Talent acquisition & Talent management compatible to the organizational needs.
